Sierra Poo Poo, also known as Starsky Darsky, is an asshat whose behavior included keying up on top of broadcasts of shortwave pirate radio shows and inviting others to "chat." He continued this annoying practice for some time, oblivious to the ire he caused in the closely knit pirate community, until he was summarily spanked. He may have been a completely inept narc. Some suspect that he is involved with the fag Mike Gaukin, and he is a well known pickle smoocher.
